Autism Resource Support

Welcome to the Autism Resource Support webpage.  The Bakersfield City School District's Special Education Division Local Plan Area (SELPA) has created this site to assist parents, professional, and other members of the community by providing information in the area of Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The website, launched on July 18th, 2006, contains general information on autism spectrum disorders as well as links to specific information from a variety of sources.  A number of educational approaches are described and "downloadable" material are available from the classroom stratigies and support section.
