BCSD Educational Foundation

The Board of Directors defines the mission, goals, and objectives of the Educational Foundation.  The Directors serve as the governing body, have fiduciary responsibility, establish policies and serve as the official voluntary representatives of the organization.  Often, Directors represent a business, professional, educational, or community organization of the geographic area represented by the Educational Foundation.
