Immunizations

All children are required to be up-to-date for immunizations at all times. Below are links to a map of local clinics where you can get immunizations without an appointment.

Medications at School

If a child requires medicine at school, whether prescribed or over-the-counter, it is required by California Education Code that the following form be completed by both the parent and the physician. If you have any questions, please contact your School Nurse, or Health Services at 631-5895.
