Management Application Process

Management positions are publicized by Personnel Services through a variety of placement centers, newspapers, professional publications and the Internet.   Applications are accepted only during the advertisement period.

Application forms may be printed from this website and then completed by typing or printing legibly all required information.  Forms may not be altered or reformatted for a personal computer.  Changes to or reformatting of the application form will disqualify the applicant from consideration.

Interested applicants must submit a completed employment application and required documents for each management position.  Applications and job descriptions may be requested via e-mail at Donezm@bcsd.k12.ca.us, by telephone at (661) 631-4876, or obtained from the office of Personnel Services.  It is the applicant's responsibility to meet all application requirements and supply copies of all required documents.  Applicants must submit all documents to Personnel Services by 4:00 p.m. on the deadline date.

Applications meeting the minimum requirements will be referred to appropriate selection committees.  Applicants selected for interview will be contacted by telephone and invited to an interview .  Additional interviews and/or site visits may be scheduled at the discretion of the Superintendent.   Appointments to management positions are made by the Board of Education upon recommendation by the Superintendent.
