McKinley is a year-round environmental science school that offers students on-going comprehensive learning opportunities that focus on a rigorous academic program along with an enriching outdoor education.

McKinley’s goal is to continually reassess our program to ensure that it addresses the needs of our diverse and constantly changing student population. We view this diversity as an opportunity to enrich the lives and education of all our students. We view as a challenge the use and coordination of all resources available to use to the greatest benefit of all of our students.
Parents, staff, and community members agree that we must strive toward these goals in order to function as an effective school:
