Sean Smith, a student at Owens Intermediate was featured on Channel 17 News, “Stop Our Speeders”. As a science project, Sean recorded the speed of cars on different streets around Bakersfield. He found that most people were BUSTED! 83% of the cars sampled were speeding. Great job Sean!
