Franklin Elementary Finalist for NCUST Award
San Diego State
University’s National Center for Urban School Transformation has
announced twenty finalists for the Excellence in Urban Education Award;
and BCSD's Franklin Elementary is one of them.The representatives from the National Center for Urban School Transformation visited Franklin this past Monday, January 28th.
