BCSD's Dr. Seuss B-Day Celebration


ram-mun-4: Schools all across the district celebrated Dr. Seuss' Birthday during this year's Read Across America.

At Roosevelt Elementary some students were treated to a celebrity reader. Among these celebrities were Assembly Woman Nicole Parra, Katie Harlan, Kiyoshi Tomono and Kevin Charette from Channel 17 News, the Hometown Honeybee, Meteorologist Miles Muzio from Channel 29 and 58 News, Irma Cervantes from Univision Channel 39 News and The Condors' Colonel Claw'd.

Munsey Elementary also had their share of celebrity readers like Mayor Harvey Hall, BPD's Captain Martin, Weatherman Aaron Perlman from Channel 29 and 58 News and BCSD's very own Sandra Yoon.
