We are honored to serve the children and families of Bakersfield City Schools. An important part of our Mission is to create an open and welcoming environment for all parents and community members in order to foster their active engagement in the learning process. Parents play an instrumental role in supporting student learning and it is very important that we continue to work together in shaping their future.

We encourage you to attend our Board of Education meetings which take place every fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in our Board Room. You can also stay informed by accessing our Board meeting agendas, and Board minutes linked above.
