• On December 7 & 8 2023, all BCSD fifth graders attended the local Bakersfield production of Tchaikovsky's "The Nutcracker" at Mechanics Bank Theatre. With performances by the local Civic Dance Center along with a live orchestra, students got to experience the magic of attending one of the world's most iconic works of art.
