• Community Based English Tutoring Program

    CBET is a Community Based English Tutoring Program designed to provide English language instruction to Bakersfield City School District parents and community members who pledge to provide tutoring to BCSD English learner students.

    Session Two Begins January 14, 2025!

    Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. Session two is a continuation of session one. Childcare is provided for parents for the ages of 3-12 years old (must be potty trained). If interested in participating in the CBET program for session two please contact our office at (661)631-3221 for space availability.

    • CBET Parent Graduates from 2023-24

      In the 2023-2024 school year we had a total of 72 parents that graduated from Parent University! Parents must have an 80% attendance to graduate from Parent University.
