    Please refer to the Online Ordering Procedures and fill out the Online Authorization Form

     
    Returns and Discrepancies: All returns and discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of your order in the following manner:


    Office Depot

    • Log on to Office Depot.
    • To place a return online, click on the Order Number under Order Tracking.
    • Click on the Submit Return button on the Order Detail page to open the Return Form.
    • For further assistance in processing your return online, please contact the Business Services Division Technical Support Desk at 800-269-6888.

      *Please Note: Only one return per order may be processed online. If an additional return is required please contact Customer Service at 888-263-3423.


    School Specialty 

    • Send an email to customercare@schoolspecialty.com and include the PO Number, Order Number, and the issue.

    Southwest School Supply

    • Log on to Southwest School Supply.
    • Click on Return/Credit Request and follow the directions.

    Send an email to the company at tsalcido@stinsons.com and CC: Cara Rodriguez (rodriguezcar@bcsd.com).

    In the email include the PO Number, the Order Number, the Item Number and a description of the problem. Also, include your contact information so the company can contact you and arrange a pick up or exchange of the product.

     

    Please note: For all returns please include the following information on packing slips sent to Purchasing:

    • Order issues / discrepancies
    • Solution to problem (from vendor)
    • Contact information for the vendor (name)
