Student Support
- Each BCSD school has a student request form.
- The form is available in print or through an online Google survey.
- Any student or family member can complete the request form for a BCSD student.
- Contact your school front office and ask for the mental health student request form.
- The forms are monitored by BCSD Behavioral Intervention Specialists (BIS).
- Requests for help will be responded to appropriately and immediately.
