The staff and administration at Lincoln put forth maximum effort each day to provide the best education possible for every student. We focus on building positive relationships with all of our students while fostering a love of reading across our entire campus. One of our school goals is for all students to grow at least one instructional level from the beginning of the school year through the end.Lincoln Jr. High opened its doors to students in 2022. The first formation of the school was in 1950 under the name Potomac School. In 1971, the school was renamed in honor of Bessie E. Owens, a well-respected educator who taught at the elementary level for nearly 50 years. The school split in 1999 to serve students in grades four through six. In 2022, the campus was expanded and reimagined to serve students at the Jr. High level.
