At Pauly, we work to understand each student's story in order to build lasting relationships and foster a positive learning environment.  We communicate with parents consistently and promote a culture of volunteerism.  We strive to lead students beyond the ‘today’ and help them see ‘tomorrow’ through personal goal setting and social expectations.  Pauly Elementary opened in 1969. The school is named after Leo G. Pauly, a Kern County pioneering educator who served as a school principal, Kern County Union High School trustee, and member of the Kern County Board of Education.  The goal at Pauly is to provide each student with the tools and instruction needed to succeed at every stage of life.
